Albert Paul McPeek

Albert Paul McPeek Jr., 80, of Zanesville formerly of Byesville passed away Tuesday (January 11, 2011) at Genesis.

He was born July 4, 1930 in Dresden, and was the son of the late Albert and Leona (Jerles) McPeek Sr.

Mr. McPeek was owner/operator of McPeek Services which specialized in TV Towers and Antennas.

He was a member of Stop Nine Church of Christ, Eagles Aerie # 386, and attended Caldwell schools. He enjoyed collecting antiques and attending flea markets.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his former wife and mother of his children, Juanita Ball; a sister, Jo Anne; a daughter, Charlene McPeek; two grandsons, Joshua and Timothy.

He is survived by three sons, Timothy McPeek, Ted (Angie) McPeek , and Samuel (Pai) McPeek all of Cambridge; two daughters, Teresa (Tim) Allen of Columbus and Paula Susanne (Rick) King of Cambridge; one brother, Miles McPeek of Zanesville; eleven grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday with Pastor Vernon Barrell officiating.

Burial will be in Harmony Christian Cemetery.
