Anna Evancho Obituary

Anna Marie (Miller) Evancho, 92, of Pleasant City, passed away quietly Sunday (September 30, 2018).

She was born December 19, 1925 in Sarahsville and was the daughter of the late Adner J. Miller and Elizabeth "Lizzy" (Bates) Harper.

Anna Marie was a 1944 graduate of Sarahsville High School. She retired from Cambridge Mental Health and Development Center, and was a member of Stop Nine Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening and church activities.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Evancho whom she married July 9, 1949 and passed away August 16, 1995; two sisters, Eva Davis and Virginia Tellep.

She is survived by three sons, Joseph "Wayne", Kevin "Bruce" and James "Ronald”; one grandson Joseph "Ronald"; one great granddaughter Josieann all of Pleasant City; several nieces and nephews.

At her request cremation will take place, no calling hours or services will be observed.
