Charles H. Campbell, 69, of Senecaville, passed away Tuesday (January 7, 2020) at SEORMC.
He was born August 20, 1950 in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Earl and Reva (Russell) Campbell.
Mr. Campbell was a truck driver for 40 years, and retired from Larson Materials after fifteen years of service. He attended Stop Nine Church of Christ, was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed going to horse pulls, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil and Mike; two sisters, Abby Brown and Mattie Evans.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Deborah J. (Williamson) Campbell whom he married May 30, 1970; two daughters, Marilyn Payton (Lawrence Tabler, fiancé ) of Buffalo and Charlene (Dale) Clark of Byesville; two brothers, Jim (Barbara) Campbell of Greenville, and Lee Williams of Dayton; grandchildren, Jordan (Alisa) Payton, Dale, Richard, and Shyanne Clark; great grandchildren, Jocelynn, Hoyt, Wyatt, and William; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Senecaville where services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Evangelist Mark Beros officiating. Burial will follow in Senecaville Cemetery with military services conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.
