Jerri Lynn (Callihan) Wolverton, 57, of Byesville, passed away Tuesday (June 11, 2019) at SEORMC.
She was born September 13, 1961 in Cambridge and was the daughter of the late Jerry A. Callihan and Patricia A. (Ryan) Strandberg.
Jerri was a homemaker, devoted mother, sister and daughter. She was a 1980 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, and a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Jerri enjoyed cooking comfort foods, fishing and camping with her late husband Benny, a lover of animals, especially her dogs and cats. She was a loyal friend to many and will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul B. “Benny” Wolverton whom she married April 15, 2006 and passed away October 17, 2017.
She is survived by one son Travis Lee (Nina) Lanning of Byesville; one brother Mark Strandberg of Byesville; one nephew Donnie Hanson of Byesville; dear friends, Rich and Sharon Maple and Shirley McCance; several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, step- children and step- grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be Friday at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Julie (McCance) Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.
