Jon M. Selock, 59, of Pleasant City, passed away unexpectedly Sunday (April 21, 2019) at his home.
He was born January 25, 1960 in Cambridge and was the son of the late Myron and Mary (Bates) Selock.
Jon was a 1978 graduate of Shenandoah High School, and Baptist by faith. He was formerly employed by Grief Bros. in Caldwell. Jon enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon #24, gardening, yard work, drawing, watching football, and listening to classic rock, he was also a fan of Travis Tritt and AC/DC.
In addition to his parents Jon was preceded in death by a sister Terri Eing.
Jon is survived by one son Keith (Jerica) Selock of Caldwell; three daughters, Jaime (George) Garner of Byesville, Anita Williams of New Concord, and Alisha Williams of Cambridge; one brother Larry Selock of Cambridge; one sister Kay (Tim) Waller of Cambridge; long time companion Paula Buco of Pleasant City; eleven grandchildren, Logyn, Mya, Nash, Dylan, Ledger, James, Ona, Paisley, Michael, Gauge and Easton; mother of his children Pamela Heddleson of Caldwell.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Evangelist Mark Beros officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
