Rebecca Warden

Rebecca Warden, 57, of Summerfield, died Tuesday (August 21, 2018) at Astoria Place of Cambridge.

She was born June 24, 1961 in Cambridge, daughter of Janet (Burt) Warden and the late George Warden.

A 1979 graduate of Shenandoah High School, Rebecca had previously worked at the Guernsey County License Bureau, where she had been a deputy registrar.  She also had worked as a home healthcare aide for several years.

She was a member of the Cambridge Eagles Aerie 386 Auxiliary.

She was Methodist by faith.

Rebecca was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

She is survived by her mother, Janet Warden of Byesville; two brothers, Steve Warden of Senecaville and Tony (& Theda) Warden of Cambridge; several nieces and nephews; and several close friends.

Memorial visitation hours will be held Wednesday (August 29, 2018) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville.

A private burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
