Bonnie Jean Combs, 73, of Pleasant City, passed away Friday (November 3, 2023) at Astoria Place of Cambridge.
She was born August 21, 1950 in Guernsey County, daughter of Eber Harper and Edith (Johnson) Harper.
Bonnie earned her associate’s degree in psychology. She was a homemaker, Navy wife, and ombudsman.
She was a member of the 1st Church of the Nazarene.
Bonnie enjoyed trips to the beach whenever she could go.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Tom Combs, whom she married December 31, 1977; her parents, Eber and Edith Harper of Pleasant City; a son, Thomas (Jane) Combs Jr. of New Brocton AL; two daughters, Marsha (Craig) Hollifield of Summerville SC and Michelle Little (Tom Martin) of Newport RI; three brothers, Garland (& Kathy) Harper of Pleasant City, Jeff (Leah) Harper of Lancaster, and Brian Harper of Cumberland; two sisters, Trenda (& Larry) Bethel of Old Washington and Becky Dudley of Pleasant City; seven grandchildren, Hannah, Savannah, John, Riley, Dalton, Zachary, and Keria; and a great-grandchild, Tillie.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (November 7, 2023) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Ken Harper officiating.
