Cecil Cubbison Obituary

Cecil Edward Cubbison, 82, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday (April 27, 2021) at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

He was born September 23, 1938 in Bicknell, IN son of the late John Ross and Alva Marie (McCoy) Cubbison.

Mr. Cubbison was a driver’s education instructor and also worked for the Daily Jeffersonian, the Times Recorder, Zanesville, and the Citizens Journal. He was a 1956 graduate of Buffalo High School.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Gilbert and Hearl.

He is survived by two brothers, Jack (Elizabeth) Cubbison of Pittsburgh, PA and Charles William (Patricia) Cubbison of Pickerington; two sisters, Alberta Cubbison of Derwent and Doris (Bill) Bowman of Avondale, AZ.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p..m. Monday (May 3rd) at Buffalo Cemetery with Pastor Debbie Gheen officiating.
