Craig W. Rich, 66, of Cambridge went to his eternal home on July 21st, 2021.
He was born on April 16, 1955, to William and Doris (Parks) Rich at the Guernsey Memorial Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father and father-in-law Carl Law.
Craig graduated from Shenandoah High School in 1973 and the Ohio University College of Business in 1977. He was employed as the Vice President of Bank One in Cambridge and a business manager for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
He married Janet Elaine Law on June 6, 1981. Together they have two children Jennifer (Eric) Dalke of Woodstock, Virginia; and Jared (Mary) Rich of Salesville, Ohio. In addition to his mother he is also survived by survived his sister, Lou Ann (Terry) Milligan; brother, Chris (Lisa) Rich; mother-in-law Irene Law; brother–in-law Jim (Jean) Law; and many nieces and nephews.
Throughout his life, Craig was an active member of Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church in Sarahsville. He was a spontaneous, carefree spirit who loved the Ohio University Bobcats, traveling, his family and farming. One of Craig’s favorite activities was taking golf cart rides and exploring nature with his grandchildren William, Caroline, Virginia, Georgia, Catherine, and Tennessee. His legacy will live on in those he loved, and we rejoice in the promise of eternal life.
Visitation will be Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Tom Matus officiating. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, Quaker City.
