Dale E. Francis

Dale E. Francis, 41, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday (January 18, 2022) at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born May 13, 1980 in Wheeling, WV, son of Sharon (Tennant) Francis and the late Ronald Francis Sr.

Dale was employed the past eight years with Dish Network and had previously been a manager for Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District, Piedmont Lake for ten years.  He was a graduate of Barnesville High School and a member of the Salt Fork Shooting Club.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his girls.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother Ronald Francis Jr.

Including his mother he is survived by his wife Sharon (Shaw) Francis whom he married November 12, 2009; two daughters Xylvia Francis and Madyson Francis of the home; four brothers, Jerry (Mary) Francis, Donnie Francis, Chris (Sherry) Francis, and Randy (Pam) Francis; one sister Robin (Jim) Cronin; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
