Donna Lee (Sheeler) Wyers

Donna L. Wyers, of Cambridge, passed away on Friday (April 8, 2022) at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio.

Donna was born in Barberton, a daughter to the late Kenneth Sheeler and Erma (Geibeg) Sheeler.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Herta Sheeler.

Mrs. Wyers was a graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health and Social Services. She was the former program coordinator for Guernsey Residential where she worked for 20 years. Donna enjoyed family gatherings and reunions, honing her computer skills, being outdoors in the sun and water, and was an avid animal lover.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Wyers, whom she married February 19, 1986; two brothers, John (Emma) Sheeler of Byesville, and her twin brother, Donald Sheeler of Akron; a sister, Eleen (Larry) Hayes of Byesville; several nieces and nephews; and many pets.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday (April 13, 2022) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home in Byesville, where funeral services will be held Thursday (April 14, 2022) at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Byesville.
