Eloise Denny Obituary

Eloise R. Denny, 95, of Grove City, passed away Saturday (December 26, 2020) at her home.

She was born June 17, 1925 in Big Run, PA and was the daughter of the late William and Tina (McGowen) Ingersoll.

Eloise retired from Doctor’s West Hospital after 30 plus years of service. She loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. She enjoyed cleaning her house, shopping, especially for purses; and was a very independent person.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Denny whom she married October 30, 1946 and passed away November 2, 1993; a daughter Deborah Denny; a son Chris Scott Denny; a sister Gwen Ingersoll; two brothers, Robert and Bill Ingersoll.

She is survived by one son Fred R. Denny of Columbus; one daughter Vicki (Dave) Day of Byesville; one granddaughter Courtney Denny of Columbus.

No calling hours will be observed and private services will be held in Northwood Cemetery.
