Frances Barbara (Zayac) Bates

Frances (Zayac) Bates age 83 of Senecaville, was called home to be with the Lord, on March 12, 2020 and was reunited with her family to spend eternity in the glorious kingdom of Heaven.  She was born on March 8, 1937 on Browns Hill in Senecaville, to the late Thomas and Frances (Kayda) Zayac, in addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings Julia, Mary, Helen, Christina, Ed, Frank, Bill, Tom, and Fred.

Mrs. Bates was a devoted Christian and loved her family, she enjoyed spending time with friends and gardening, and loved being around animals, she touched many lives while here on Earth and will never be forgotten, she was also a graduate of Senecaville high school. Frances worked at various local factories, and later retired from the Cambridge Developmental Center.

Survivors include her children, Ed (Rhonda) Bates of Cambridge, Dave Bates (Kathy Ridgley) of Senecaville, and Lisa (Tim ) Poulton of Senecaville, grandchildren Heather Warne, Kristi Bates, Nick Bates, Mariea (Michael) Grear, Michael( Renee) Bates, and Taylor Poulton, great grandchildren Alli, Bella, Brody, and Ryder, several nieces and nephews, a sister in law Eloise Zayac, a brother in law Bob Johnson, neighbor and dear friend Becky Hull.
