Frances Y. (Morgan) Jurkovich, 83, of Cambridge, passed away Monday (December 21, 2020) at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born April 16, 1937 in Hemlock, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Dwight C. and Mary E. (Thevenin) Morgan.

Frances was a former housekeeper at the Shenandoah Inn, a candle maker at Lumi-Lite Candle Co. and a licensed daycare provider. She enjoyed playing the organ, putting puzzles together, rug making, gardening and reading. She loved the Christmas Holiday, and was a 1955 graduate of New Concord High School.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by five brothers, Bill W. Morgan, Dwight C. Morgan Jr., Larry Morgan, James Don Morgan and Daryl Jay Morgan; two sisters, Shirley Morgan and Norma Kemper.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Samuel Jurkovich whom she married June 4, 1955; two sons, Sam (Martha) Jurkovich and Jeff (Denise) Jurkovich both of Cambridge; two daughters, Mary (Mike) Hrinko of Cambridge and Theresa (Jesse) Wynn of Converse, TX; grandchildren, Eric (Debbie) Hrinko of Zanesville, Erin (Jim) Mach of Brandon, FL, Tammy (Aaron) Heflin of Mt. Perry, Kevin (Dionna) Gregg of Cambridge, Ian (Emily) Hrinko of Alexander, NC, Katie (Devin) Downerd of Cambridge, Sam Jurkovich Jr. of Redmond, WA, Brandy (Jon) McPherson of Shadyside, Brandon Jurkovich of Cambridge, Cory Alan Jones and Cheyenne Alexis Wynn of Converse, TX, Courtney Ann (Logan) Fair of Hilliard, Joseph Jurkovich of Cambridge and Jennifer (Dan) Larrick of Pleasant City; great grandchildren, Laikyn and Brandon Hrinko, Dylan, Chase and Makenna Mach, Kaitlyn Heflin, Abby and Logan Gregg, Joselyn and Kiara Goldsmith, Hunter Craig and Chevy Lee Minney, and Daniel Larrick; great great grandchild Parker Hrinko; two sisters, Barbara Grewell and Carol Whissell.

Private graveside services will be held with burial in Buffalo Cemetery.
