Gerri Ann Tulip, 69, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020, at Cambridge Care and Rehabilitation.
She was born September 24, 1950 in Zanesville, and was the daughter of the late Robert and Norma (Sills) Tulip.
Gerri was an LPN, and was previously employed with Guernsey Memorial Hospital (SEORMC), Grant Hospital, and several local nursing homes, including Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Freedom Worship, a 1968 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, a 1969 graduate of Tri-County School of Practical Nursing, where she earned her Pharmacy certification. She enjoyed Bingo, reading, and was an antique collector.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Catherine Tulip, lifelong friend, Paul, and several cousins.
She is survived by two brothers, Robert (Tammie) Tulip, Woodsfield, and William Wagner, Cambridge, her uncle, Wilbert Sills, Cambridge, three special cousins, Kathy Ousley, and Tom and Mona Moore, all of Cambridge.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 11:30 am in Greenwood Cemetery in Byesville, with Evangelist Woody Biggs officiating.
