Linda S. (Wells) Fairchild, 71, of Byesville, passed away Tuesday (January 11, 2022) at her home.
She was born January 9, 1951 in Barnesville, daughter of the late Luverre and Eula Belle (Albaugh) Wells.
Linda was a 1969 graduate of Zane Trace High School, and formerly attended Old Washington Methodist Church. She was formerly employed at March Electric. She loved taking care of her yard, also enjoyed cooking and crafting.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Dane Fairchild whom she married November 15, 1997 and passed away October 15, 2008; a brother Bob Wells and a sister Carolyn Wells.
She is survived by one son Brad (Kate) Cramblett of Quaker City; one daughter Amy Mohler; three brothers, Samuel C. Wells of Quaker City, Bruce Wells of Quaker City and Richard (Denise Bott) of Byesville; seven sisters, Holly (Gordon) Wade of North Carolina, Janice Wells of Quaker City, Janet Wells of Quaker City, Connie (Joe) Tolbert of Cambridge, Luverre Ann (Tom) Allen of Old Washington, Robin Joseph of Pleasant City and Barbara (Steve) Furbee of Cambridge, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be at 12:00 with Evangelist Mark Beros officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
