Marilyn (Golmitz) Brown, 68, of Byesville passed away Tuesday (March 13, 2018) at her home.
She was born August 12, 1949 in Cambridge and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Emily (Wozniak) Golmitz.
Marilyn was a 1967 graduate of Meadowbrook High School. She worked at March Electric and later retired from Ridge Tool. Some of her hobbies included reading, crocheting, knitting, playing games on the computer, and watching NASCAR. She was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Ohio State.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Donnie, twin sister Marlene Hayes and nephew Jimmy Hayes.
She is survived by two sons, Darin (Lillian) Clendenning of Senecaville and David Clendenning of Cambridge; one daughter Denise (Bryan) Edwards of Orange City, FL. one sister Kathy (Chris) Channell of Byesville; seven grandchildren, Amber (Donny), Coular, Austin, Jack, Nova, Brooke and Garrett; one great grandson Dominic; two nephews, Jason Hayes and Eric (Callie) Channell; one niece Heidi (Mike) Hannum; several great nieces and nephews; former husband Sonny Brown, and step-sons, Doug, Dwain, Danny, Donnie and families all of Orange City, FL; caregivers, Melissa, Betsy and Bob.
