Obituary

Ollie Mae (Beaver) Dailey, 93, of Byesville, passed on to her eternal independence peacefully in her sleep on July 4, 2023.

She was born December 20, 1929 in Culberson GA, daughter of the late Henry Beaver and Bertha (Weaver) Beaver.

Ollie was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to all lucky enough to know her.  She enjoyed her family, fishing, gardening, and cooking.

She retired from Sunstone Pottery and Hamilton Beach.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Minnie, Gertrude, Clercy, Elsie, Ralph, Fred, Frank, and Elbert; her fiancé, Darold Callahan; her ex-husband, Paul Dailey; and a son, Frank Dailey.

Ollie is survived by her siblings, Vera and Max; her children, Thomas Dailey, Linda Edie, James Dailey, and Bob Dailey; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.

No calling hours will be observed.

Graveside services and burial will be held Friday (July 7, 2023) at 11 a.m. at Harmony Christian Cemetery, with Hospice chaplain Chris Bright officiating.
