Patricia Ortman Obituary

Patricia Lee Ortman, 78, of Byesville passed away Thursday (February 14, 2019) at James Cancer Center.

She was born June 21, 1940 in Cambridge and was the daughter of the late Russell D. and Mary L. (Bonnell) Mathews.

Pat retired in 2004 from SEORMC after 30 years of service. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, a member of Byesville V.F.W. Ladies Aux. #3760 and Daughters of Union Vets. Pat was a 1958 graduate of Cambridge High School.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ortman whom she married February 4, 1967 and passed away July 25, 2011; one sister Sandra McCracken.

She is survived by one son, Michael (LaDawna) Vance of Twinfalls, Idaho; one daughter Cynthia Vance of Wintersville; four grandchildren, Jessica (T.J.) LaChance of Clinton, Utah, Brandi (Cory) Lewis of Twin Falls, Idaho, Kristi (Shawn) Stetz of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Billy (Aspen) Vance of Fallen, Nevada; four great grandchildren, Kennedy, Ziggi, Zaavan and McKailey.

Graveside services will be 1:00 Friday (February 22nd) at Greenwood Cemetery.
