Pauline Patricia (Liptok) Alt, 90, of Lore City passed away Wednesday (April 28, 2021) at her home.
She was born November 27, 1930 in Guernsey County daughter of the late John and Anna (Kazimer) Liptok.
Pauline was a homemaker, was formerly employed with the Cambridge Glass House and Westinghouse. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church where she was active in the Women’s Club, a 1948 graduate of Lore City High School. She enjoyed gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her walks with her daughter Karen and sister Ethel.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Alt whom she married April 11, 1953 and passed away November 19, 2005; four brothers, Steve, John, Mike and Joe; two sisters, Irene Chismar and Annie Persinger.
She is survived by one son Kevin (Debbie) Alt of Salesville; one daughter Karen (Gary) Chumney of Lore City; one sister Ethel (Steve) Stasny of Lore City; two grandchildren, Jamie (Josh) Oakley of Lore City and Traci (Trever) McQuain of Kimbolton; two great grandchildren, Jonathan and Jaycie.
Mass of Christian burial will be 2:00 p.m. Friday (April 30, 2021) at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Paul Hrezo officiating. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
