Robert Lee Siddle, 90, of Pleasant City, passed away Wednesday (October 13, 2021) at his home.
He was born March 13, 1931 in Buffalo, son of the late William and Eva (Johnson) Siddle.
Mr. Siddle was a lifelong farmer; he retired from the Noble County Highway Dept. as an equipment operator. After retirement he went to work for Buffalo Township. Robert had previously been in the tree trimming business.
He enjoyed country music, and vacations with Tim and Penny.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Beatrice June Siddle; three sons, William, Robert and James; four brothers, Dwayne, Richard, Jack and Ronald; two sisters, Shirley and Aldean.
He is survived by his wife Becky (Groves) Miley Siddle whom he married August 31, 2001; children, Sharon Siddle of Pleasant City, Eva (Terry) Hupp of Pleasant City, Tim (Penny) Siddle of Pleasant City, Shirley (Tim) Ross of Lore City, Debbie (Greg) Hupp of Pleasant City and Sherri (Eric) Koval of Pleasant City; two step-sons, Jerry Miley of Pleasant City and David (Annette) Miley of Caldwell; several grandchildren and step-grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will be 11:00 Monday with Jimmy Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Buffalo Cemetery.
