Ronald Wilson Obituary

Ronald Joe Wilson, 72, of Byesville passed away Saturday (November 21, 2020) at Cambridge Healthcare. 

 He was born December 8, 1947 in Logan County, WV, and was the son of the late Estel Daniels and Angeline (Wilson) Mills.

 Mr. Wilson was a security guard for many years.  He enjoyed drawing, watching sports, especially wrestling, and listening to music.

 In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth (Luzius) Wilson; a son, Timothy; two brothers, Jerry “Ed” Wilson and David Mills; and a sister Betty Mills.

 He is survived by three sons, Ronald Wilson of Chesterland, Steven (Jamie Snyder) Wilson of Parma, and Michael (Nicole Ivancic) Wilson of Parma; three daughters, Ruth Taylor of Cleveland, Melissa (Ervan) Duffey of Byesville, and Nancy (Robert) Bauer of Chesterland; one brother, Marvin Mills of Cleveland; two sisters, Patricia Vopata of Cleveland and Marie of Wheeling, WV; eight grandchildren, Destiny, Thomas, Bobby, Charles, Nicholas, Jordon, Timothy and Christopher; five great grandchildren, Leighla, Dessi, Daron, Jayden and Jeremy.

 Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville where services will follow at 3:00 p.m.

 Friends and family who want to attend are welcome, but due to Covid-19, MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  Please take all precautions to ensure your own safety and everyone else’s should you decide to attend.
