Terry Burnett Sr., 67, of Barnesville, passed away Friday (December 2, 2022) in Petersburg WV and went home to be with the Lord.
He was born February 27, 1955 in Mississippi.
Terry spent most of his life as a truck driver and most recently worked for Scheiderer Transport.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gladys Kay Burnett, who died July 19, 2016; his daughter, Stephanie Huggins; his sister-in-law, Charline Sewell; his father-in-law, Charles Sewell; and his mother-in-law, Velma Brooks.
He is survived by his children, Angelique (Mark) Dougherty of Sewell NJ, Terry J. (Anna) Burnett Jr. of Ohio, Alycia (Goldy) Roman of Camden NJ, and Lorelei (Kenneth) Kraemer of Baytown TX; his grandchildren, Thomas Barbiers Jr. of New Jersey, Brian Barbiers of New Jersey, Nicholas Dougherty of New Jersey, Breahna Dougherty of New Jersey, Alyssa (Tim) Gleason of Pennsylvania, Alvin Santos Jr. of New Jersey, Jayden Roman of New Jersey, Jocelyn Roman of New Jersey, Alanni Kraemer of Texas, Kylie Kraemer of Texas, Darin Huggins of Ohio, and Nathan Huggins of Ohio; his great-granddaughter, Bryleigh Barbiers; his brother-in-law and best friend of forty years, Robin (Dawn) Sewell of Ohio, along with brothers-in-law, Kevin (Danielle) Quigley of Philadelphia and Matthew (Peggy) Quigley of Clayton NJ; and many friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday (December 10, 2022) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville, where funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Evang. Mark Beros officiating.
